Landscaping projects
In 2022, we participated in the development of foundational documents for 5 land adjustment projects in northeastern Slovakia. Our involvement consisted of preparing expert assessments for the creation of value maps of forest lands, and together with other partners, we conducted field mapping of habitats to create a local spatial system of ecological stability. These projects also included the development of a comprehensive spatial plan, known as the functional arrangement of the area, to which we contributed our knowledge, particularly in relation to land accessibility and landscape management.
Our priority in these projects was to increase the ecological stability of the area by designing elements such as windbreaks, biocorridors, biocenters, thickets, wetlands, and infiltration strips, as well as proposing modern solutions for accessibility and the elimination of indirect erosion. Throughout the process, we relied on high-quality data from aerial laser scanning and utilized advanced drainage modeling methods, various techniques for optimizing road density, and other tools.
Všetky etapy projektov, na ktorých sme sa podieľali, vznikali v úzkej spolupráci s miestnou štátnou správou, odbornými organizáciami a zástupcami združení účastníkov pozemkových úprav. Veríme, že tieto projekty sa dočkajú úspešnej realizácie v prospech celej spoločnosti. Aj vďaka našej činnosti, ako výsledok aktualizácie využitia územia, sa zvýši lesnatosť Slovenska o desiatky hektárov, čo prispeje k zvýšeniu ekologickej stability týchto katastrálnych území.
